If you haven’t heard guys in the gym talking about G-Flux yet, I’m sure you will soon. What is G-Flux you ask? Although it sounds like it might be a hot new supplement, it’s not. G-Flux is actually a training and eating regimen that helps the body to burn fat while retaining-and even gaining-lean muscle mass. More accurately, G-Flux is actually the relationship between energy intake and energy expenditure. The concept of G-Flux was developed by Dr. John Berardi, a renowned human performance and nutrition expert.

You should already know that to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in. In the process though, most guys wind up losing lean muscle mass too-not part of the plan. On the flip side, if you want to gain weight-and muscle-you need to take in more calories than you burn. The typical scenario here is that you also end up adding a few extra pounds of unwanted fat too. Ultimately, we end up living our lives on a perpetual “see-saw,” switching from one to another, but never really being satisfied with the results. I have to admit it sucks, in the past I’ve felt either lean and weak or strong and fat.

That’s where G-Flux comes in because it’s all about balance between input and output-and keeping it that way. But that’s not all-it also calls for you to increase your calorie intake a lot and to increase your activity level by the same degree. G-Flux presents a realistic strategy to do this without overtraining and without burning lean muscle mass. That’s the problem with a traditional “calorie deficit” approach to losing fat-you also lose muscle mass along the way.

G-Flux takes a “burn the f at” approach, meaning that your body is burning calories from fat, not from muscle. How does it accomplish this? That’s where the increased activity levels come in. And by increased activity levels, I don’t mean doing a few extra minutes on the treadmill or a couple of extra miles on the exercise bike. Your approach to increasing your activity level has to be targeted, tough and purposeful, with specific goals in mind. G-Flux has unlocked the secret to achieving the body’s ideal state of balance in terms of energy input and output.

If you think about it though, “unlocked,” is not really the right word here-”rediscovered” would be more appropriate. Why? Because maximum, sustained effort and varied workouts is at the heart of the G-Flux concept. That should sound familiar-think of the warrior cultures and how they trained. It’s the same concept and we already know from history that it works. You know that back then they weren’t worried about sticking to a 2,000 calorie a-day diet-they ate what they needed to eat and it was naturally balanced out by the strenuous activities that they engaged in on a daily basis.

So you might think, “What’s the difference if I’m eating 2,000 calories a day and burning 2,000 calories a day?” The answer is that there is a big difference. When you boost your caloric intake to say 3,000 a day-and simultaneously boost your caloric expenditure level to 3,000 calories a day, the body undergoes a metabolic shift. All of sudden-even though input and output are equal-you find that your body is burning more fat and gaining lean muscle mass, just like the ancient warriors.

Now, it’s a bit more complicated than that. You can’t just start stuffing your face with anything you want and jogging a couple of extra miles each day. The foods you eat have to be healthy-think lean proteins, complex carbs and healthy fats-and the activities that you’re engaging in have to intense. Again, look back to the warrior cultures and learn from them. You want to be doing the sort of “max effort conditioning” that these guys were doing every day.

The goal is to boost your metabolism as high as possible while simultaneously limiting fat storage. When the body achieves that state of “G-Flux” it increases the mitochondrial density of the muscles-super hybrid muscle, increases the total metabolism and makes the body far more efficient at processing fat. The end result being that you too, can have a warrior physique, just like our ancestors.

The Strip That Fat Diet System is most valuable to those who have been trying to lose weight for a long time without any success. Why? Because it successfully points out and deals with the main reason why most other weight loss programs fail – the inability to stick to the program long enough to lose weight and keep it off.

What Is The Chest Coach System About?

Well It’s in no way an encyclopedia on the science of gynecomastia. Instead it’s a practicle step-by-step guide on what you need to do to lose those man boobs.

All in all it’s a straight forward, to-the-point guide whose principles when followed properly, are guaranteed to at least help you lose your man boobs. In most cases I’ve found that it eliminates man boobs entirely, but in a few cases extra techniques on man boob reduction are required.

Of course, this book doesn’t contain EVERYTHING there is to know about how to lose man boobs…

…but it does contain some powerful techniques that most people find is all they need. So I highly recommend it as a starting point for everyone who wants to get rid of their man boobs.

“What DON’T I like about the Chest Coach system?”

Unfortunately in some places it lacks scientific detail where you really want a bit of proof.

I mean, before you revolutionize your diet, you WOULD like to hear about some evidence from population trials where ten thousand people tried it and 99% of them lost their man boobs!

Unfortunately there’s very little research out there on man boobs and natural ways of reducing them, so we either have to just try it and see or abandon the method altogether.

However, many of my clients have tried the Chest Coach system, and most of the guys that stuck to the program saw some impressive results.

Here’s a bit of info about the content of the system…

Chapter 1: The Causes Of Man Boobs

The Chest Coach system starts off describing the causes of man boobs. The author talks briefly about the two causes of man boobs. He also explains the difference between pseudogynecomastia and real gynecomastia.

Just as a side note: if you suffer from man boobs, it’s a good idea to see your doctor first, just to make sure you don’t have any underlying disease.

If there is no underlying disease, whether you have pseudogynecomastia or real gynecomastia, in my opinion they can both be treated by strictly adhering to the advice set out in the Chest Coach system.

Chapter 2: Measuring Your Progress

As with any good fat loss program, the author explains how to monitor your progress.

Chapter 3: Hormone Balance

This chapter goes into acid/alkali balance, a well known technique in oxygenating your body’s cells and preventing cancer. The author of the Chest Coach system claims it is also effective in reducing man boobs due to the resultant hormonal changes.

This is one of those places where you want a bit of scientific evidence, but it isn’t provided. Fortunately, being from a scientific background I did my own research. It seems that this technique is scientifically known to reduce oestrogen levels, which will as a result, reduce those man boobs of yours.

Chapter 4: Fluids in hormone balance

This is a quick little chapter on how to add a tasty little ingredient to water to form a super-alkalasing drink. He advises you carry this drink with you and keep yourself hydrated with it on the go. Sound advice in my opinion.

Chapter 5: Colon Cleansing

Here the author goes on about all the new age hype on colon cleansing, and recommends his preferred colon cleansing product.

Do I think colon cleansing works? Well the truth is, there IS a lot of oestrogenic material sitting in your bowel and getting absorbed into your system over time. It does help to take colon cleansing supplements for the short term, as they’re known to bind to oestrogen and remove it from your gut.

Generally, changing your diet to include more fruit and vegetables will add enough fibre to remove this excess oestrogen over time. A colon cleanse can be used initially to boost this process so that you may lose those man boobs quicker.

Chapter 6: How Sleep And Stress Affect Your Man Boobs

There is some solid info here about the importance of getting enough sleep and being stress free. Stress and reduced sleep are definitely known to increase oestrogen levels and cause your body to store more fat, especially in the chest area.

Chapter 7: Food

This chapter really belongs within chapter 3, because it tells you about foods that make your body more alkaline and hence less oestrogenic. There’s a whole table in there with acidic foods to avoid and alkaline foods to increase in your diet.

Chapter 8: Meal Frequency

Again, there’s no real scientific explanation. Despite this it’s a crucial technique in losing man boobs.

Why? Because studies have shown that when you’re hungry, testosterone levels decline more so than oestrogen levels. This gives the effect of oestrogen dominance, which makes those man boobs bigger.

For this reason, and other that are mentioned by the author, eating small frequent meals is key to keeping oestrogen levels down and thereby losing man boobs.

Chapter 9: Snacks That Boost Testosterone

A straight-forward chapter on how to increase your testosterone levels by eating the right foods.

Chapter 10: A Secret Indian Spice…

Here the author claims there’s a ‘secret indian spice’ that melts chest fat away.

Now, I WAS skeptical at first, but when I did my research on the scientific database pubmed.com, it seems the spice he mentions does have some potent anti-oestrogenic effects.

In actual fact it’s equally or more effective at reducing oestrogen than the pharmaceutical drug tamoxifen, which is used to treat oestrogen-dependent cancers.

What the author does NOT mention however, is the fact that combining this spice with black pepper actually increases its effectiveness by hundreds of percent!

And More…

Yes, there’s more to the Chest Coach system than the above, but that’s all I’ll cover in my review, as I’m not too sure the author would like for me to reveal all of his secrets.
